What are the charges to create a Club?

What is your payment billing cycle?

Your subscription commences on the date of your subscription. Depending on whether you opt for a monthly or yearly plan, the duration is added. For example, if you start a monthly subscription on the 10th, your next renewal date will be the 10th of the following month.

What are Add-ons? Why do we have them?

Unlock Extra Power with Addons: Enhance your clubs with features like tournaments and premium teams. Some addons are one-time charges while others are recurring. Rest assured, our credits cover most addons after each payment, minimizing extra costs for our valued customers.

What are Credits? How much does it cost to buy 1 Credit? Do Credits expire?

We apply a 2% convenience fee for each online transaction, but neither you nor your customers will be charged at the time of payment. Instead, the 2% fee is deducted as credits within your system. When your credits reach a threshold of negative 10, the system automatically generates an invoice, providing you with the option to make a payment directly from it. Alternatively, you can proactively purchase credits at $1 (USD) each, ensuring you have a convenient reserve. Notably, the credits you acquire do not expire.

Will I be charged automatically every month / every year?

The subscription system attempts auto-charging only if you have opted in; otherwise, no automatic charges occur. An invoice is generated at the end of your active subscription, providing you with the option to make a payment directly from the invoice.

What will happen to my club if I miss to make a payment?

Club Preservation, Temporary Limitation: Outstanding payments do not result in club deletion. However, access to premium features associated with the plan will be temporarily suspended until payment is made. We value your club's continuity and provide the opportunity to restore full functionality upon payment.

Can I downgrade my plan to Free?

Please note that once you upgrade to higher plan, downgrading to previous plan is not available. Experience the full potential of Signature and unlock exclusive club benefits.

Is it absolutely necessary to buy credits?

The Signature plan offers ample resources and features to run your club smoothly without any hassle. You only need to purchase credits when you exceed the predefined limits provided by the Signature plan. These credits serve as a flexible system to accommodate additional needs and requirements beyond the plan's regular offerings.
