Refunds & Cancellations


We at SKYBIS, operating websites - PLAYINGA, TOURNEYSOFT & KLUBSOFT, strive to provide quality products for our customers. Our plans are broadly categorized into Free and Paid Plans.


Free Plan


When you create an account / club with any of our operating website, you are defaulted to the FREE plan. Durning the creation of a free plan, you will not be asked to provide your credit card information. You can continue to use the features in the free plan for as long as you wish. However, from time to time there can be changes to the list of features which we may offer in the free plan. Kindly visit the features page to keep yourself updated.


Paid Plans


We have two payment cycles, Monnthly and Yearly. Our billing cycle starts from the first of each month. So when you make a make, the price and credits offered are pro-rated to the end of the current month. If you choose a yearly plan, the price is prorated for the current month and then charged fully for the remaining 11 months. Once payments are made, they cannot be refunded back in cash. However customers can be offered credits as refunds. This is purely at the discretion of the company. Currently, we do not have an auto-pay feature. Hence customers would have to make payments before the due date, failing which many of their features will be suspended temporarily.
